1. プリント部品 Print parts

・プリント部品の形状データ（.STL 13種類）はGitHubからダウンロードできます。ファイル名にパーツ名称と必要数量が記入されています。FreeCADからスクリプトを実行することでCAD図面から.STLファイル群を生成することもできます。eSUNのPLA+を推奨しています（一般PLA材でできます）。自分でプリントする方は強度重視の設定（外周4層以上、100%インフィル）でプリントしてください。およそ0.8kgのフィラメントで全ての部品をプリントできます。
・Shape data for printed parts (13 types of .STL) can be downloaded from GitHub. The file name contains the part name and required quantity. You can also generate .STL files from CAD drawings by running a script from FreeCAD. eSUN's PLA+ is recommended (general PLA material can be used). If you are printing by yourself, please print with settings that emphasize strength (4 or more outer layers, 100% infill). All parts can be printed with approximately 0.8 kg of filament.

1.2. プリントの注意点 Important point of print

・本機の部品はプリントの難易度が低くなるように設計されています。ただし、スリーブベアリングの穴径についてだけは注意が必要です。ゆるすぎず、叩き込むと固定されるきつい穴が必要です。このため、この小さなパーツだけをテストプリントし、印刷設定を調整することをお勧めします。
・サポート材を必要とするパーツはほぼありません。唯一、下図のパーツの張り出し部分にだけサポート材の追加が必要です。
・The parts of this robot are designed to be less difficult to print. However, you need to be careful about the hole diameter of the sleeve bearing. You want a tight hole that isn't too loose and will lock into place when you hammer it in. Therefore, we recommend that you test print just this small part and adjust the print settings. There are almost no parts that require support materials. Only the overhanging part of the part shown in the figure below requires the addition of support material.

2. メイン基板 Main PCB

・PrintPupperのPCBを入手する方法は3つあります。

1. Maker Faire Tokyo などの展示会で即売品を購入する。
Buy items on sale at exhibitions such as Maker Faire Tokyo .
2. GitHub で配布されているKiCADのデータから PCBWay などのPCB製造業者に製造を依頼する。
From the KiCAD data distributed on GitHub, he requests a PCB manufacturer such as PCBWay to manufacture it.
3. 専用のPCBを使わずに、回路図からユニバーサル基板で配線する。
Wire with a universal board from the circuit diagram without using a dedicated PCB.

いずれの方法でもはんだ付けが必要です。スルーホール部品しか用いていないため、はんだ付けの難易度は低く初心者でもできるでしょう。
Since only through-hole components are used, the difficulty of soldering is low and even beginners can do it.

3. その他の一般部品 Otherl general parts

・その他の全ての部品は容易に入手できます。品名で検索すると良いでしょう。必要数だけ入手してください。
・All other parts are readily available. Search by product name. Get as many as you need.
